Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to make an impact while growing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment?
Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is expanding its team and seeking Independent Contractor Occupational Therapists to join our network of dedicated healthcare providers.
For nearly 30 years, EPA has been physiotherapist-owned and operated, with 9 clinics across Guelph and surrounding communities. We’re proud to be a leader in evidence-based care, offering specialized services in pelvic health, pediatrics, concussion rehab, and more — often being the first to bring these specialties to our communities.
We’re looking for passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to provide services in both adult and pediatric care. As an Occupational Therapist with EPA, you’ll be part of an exciting team focused on comprehensive patient care, and will have the opportunity to be involved in both our adult services and our unique pediatric division, EPA4Kids program.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Adult OT: Support our Workers Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) Trillium Specialty Program, working with clients on functional testing, treatment, exercise therapy, and return-to-work planning.
-
Pediatric OT: Work with children to support sensory needs, fine motor development, autism intervention, picky eating, regulation, and toileting.
-
Provide in-person and virtual assessments and treatments across EPA locations, OR chose the locations that work for you.
What We Offer:
-
A collaborative and supportive team environment with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Exercise Clinicians, and an outstanding administrative team.
-
A strong and consistent referral base to build your practice.
-
Opportunities for professional development and regular team training.
-
Flexible work options, with both in-person and virtual care from your home office.
-
Dedicated Pediatric “Kid Friendly” space in our Elora and Guelph locations.
-
Independent contractor relationship with favourable split depending on availability
Who We’re Looking For:
-
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Occupational Therapy.
-
Membership (or eligibility for membership) with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
-
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
-
Passion for collaborative care with a team of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, and Exercise Clinicians.
-
Experience managing return-to-work plans is an asset, especially with WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) clients.
-
Love and experience for working with kiddos and their families
Join Us at EPA: If you are excited about the opportunity to build your caseload, make a difference in both adult and pediatric care, and work with a supportive, growth-focused team, we’d love to hear from you!
