Key Responsibilities:
· Must be capable and willing to travel between Perth and Carleton Place if needed
· Basic cannabis knowledge
· Customer service skills, cash handling, communication
· Keep current on product availability and details related to terpene profiles, THC/CBD content etc.
· Make informed suggestions regarding consumption methods
· Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner
· Strong listening skills
· Cultivate long term-customer relationships by providing superior customer service
· Help maintain cleanliness of work environment
· Recognize signs of impairment and/or abuse and immediately report this information to supervisor
· Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
· Ability to lift boxes 5-30lbs
Experience/Background:
· 19+
· Cannsell Certification
· Police background check
· Any additional education related to cannabis
· Experience in sales
· Knowledge of cannabis industry, past and present
· Attention to detail
