ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the General Manager and as a member of the management committee, the Bilingual Director of Manufacturing Operations provides leadership for production, maintenance and related operations. This is a key role for someone who enjoys both strategy and action: staying close to the teams, understanding shop-floor realities, supporting managers with their daily challenges and turning operational priorities into concrete results.
Fromagerie Coopérative St-Albert is much more than an agri-food company: it is a Franco-Ontarian institution, a cooperative proud of its roots, recognized for the quality of its products, its family spirit and its important role in the community. For more than 130 years, we have been transforming Canadian milk into cheeses enjoyed across the country, while building a human, solid and future-focused organization.
We are at an exciting stage of our development: modernizing our ways of working, increasing volumes, optimizing operations, developing succession and strengthening our performance culture. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who can inspire teams, structure operations and actively contribute to the next phase of growth at St-Albert Cheese.
