The Opportunity
Demand for temporary staff typically increases throughout the year, with a variety of assignments ranging from reception and clerical support to more specialized administrative, accounting, and legal roles.
We’re looking for candidates who are ready to step in, make an impact, and represent our team with professionalism and energy.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to busy teams
- Managing front desk and reception duties (in some roles)
- Data entry, document preparation, and records management
- Supporting accounts payable/receivable functions (where applicable)
- Assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination
- Jumping in where needed – these roles require flexibility and initiative
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with systems such as SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, POSSE, or M5 is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Quick learners who can hit the ground running
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
