Skills:
- Proven time-management skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills-written & verbal
- Computer proficiency is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Basic office duties such as answering/ making phone calls, emails, booking appointments, correspondence and filing.
- Periodic equipment renewal calls, taking orders and prepare them for shipping
- Some patient assistance will be required such as troubleshooting therapy for patients over the phone, preparing reports for doctors review.
