Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pizza Cook/Driver to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing delicious pizzas, delivering excellent food service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, a strong understanding of food safety, and the ability to provide friendly service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to maintain hygiene standards
- Serve customers at the counter or dining area with professionalism and friendliness
- Deliver pizzas promptly and safely to customers’ locations, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including equipment sanitation
- Assist in inventory management by stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery duties
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
