Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate employee data management.
Conduct change management initiatives to support organizational transitions effectively.
Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies while addressing employee concerns.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Skills
Proficient in HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft, for managing employee information.
Strong recruiting skills with experience in HR sourcing and talent acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of human resources management practices and principles.
Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
Experience in training development to create impactful learning experiences for employees.
Strong change management capabilities to guide teams through organizational changes.
Solid data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive improvements in processes.
