Job Summary:
Quality Inn & Suites is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared to brand standards, helping deliver a comfortable and welcoming stay for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms following brand and property standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, mirrors)
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and linens
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Ensure rooms are ready on time to meet check-in schedules
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to stand, bend, push carts, and lift up to X lbs
