The Role:
- Queensway X-Ray and Ultrasound Clinic (QXU) is recruiting for a Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) to join our growing team.
- We are seeking a MRT who has a professional attitude to provide effective delivery of ultrasound procedures for our patients and ensure exceptional delivery of service.
- The MRT’s work is consistent with his/her education and training
Duties
- Execute your duties as required by your professional body, and QXU policies and procedures.
Requirements
- *Mandatory* Maintain active registration in good standing with both CMRITO and CAMRT.
- If you do NOT have a valid CMRITO registration number, do not bother applying. Your application will NOT be considered.
- Diploma (Degree) in Radiography from an accredited institution.
- Produce quality medical images for diagnostic purposes while ensuring the safety of patients
- Strong communication skills to ensure you are able to multi-task and work effectively in a supportive team environment
Additional Credentials Considered favourably:
- Certification in Bone Density preferred
- Certification in Mammography preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Full-time. All applicants will be considered.
