Key Responsibilities:
- Drive exceptional customer service experiences
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients

Qualifications We Value:
- 5+ years of outstanding customer service expertise
- 1 - 2+ years of Insurance brokerage experience
- Experience in client service roles that require both relationship management and solution-based selling
- Proficient in EPIC, Applied Rating Services, and Microsoft Office
- Current Alberta Insurance Council Level 1 General License
- A growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills
