About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and notices the little details that others often miss.
No embroidery experience needed.
We'll teach you the technical skills. What we're really looking for is someone who is dependable, adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to doing great work every day.
As a Production Associate, you'll become part of our in-house decoration team, helping produce custom apparel using embroidery, heat press, DTF printing, and other decorating methods.
What You'll Do
- Prepare garments for production by unpacking, organizing, and quality checking incoming products
- Verify incoming inventory against packing slips and purchase orders
- Hoop garments and operate commercial embroidery equipment (training provided)
- Learn to operate heat press and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for customers
- Assist with equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production area
- Support other production projects as our department continues to grow

- Manufacturing or production environments
- Sewing, crafting, woodworking, or other detail-oriented hobbies
- Apparel decoration
- Screen printing
- Heat press operation
- Graphic design
- Machine operation
- Quality control
- Shipping and receiving
