Your Role
As a Customer Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience across multiple touchpoints. You'll support core operational functions including customer service, lease-end processes, and collections, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in every interaction.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound phone and email interactions with customers, dealers, and vendors
- Support Customer Service operations, maintaining service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage and process customer account documentation and administrative requests accurately and within timelines
- Monitor and respond to shared inboxes, completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Assist with lease-end activities, including processing documentation requests
- Support collections operations through preparation and distribution of documentation
- Provide mailroom support, ensuring sensitive documents are handled and escalated appropriately
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners across multiple channels
- Complete operational work queues and required training in accordance with service standards
