We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Receptionist / Customer Service Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Assist customers in-store with inquiries and purchases.
- Prepare sales receipts and invoices accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Able to multitask in a busy environment.
2. Service & Installation Technician – Machine Demo and Sales
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated independent contractor or Employee to handle machine demonstrations, customer product presentations, Vacuum installations, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, presenting equipment, and generating sales while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to perform product demonstrations.
- Present and explain vacuum systems, cleaning equipment, and accessories.
- Provide sales support and close customer purchases during demos.
- Perform light installation work when required (e.g., hose inlets, central vacuum components).
- Maintain high professionalism and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Track demo visits, sales, and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Experience in equipment demonstration, field sales, or installation preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-interaction skills.
- Mechanical aptitude an asset.
- Reliable transportation (required).
- Ability to work independently as a contractor.
- Professional appearance and strong sales ability.
