We are looking for a reliable, detail-driven individual to help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our short-term vacation rental properties.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves beautiful spaces, enjoys working independently, and understands that the smallest details can make the biggest impression. From the moment guests walk through the door, your work will help create the feeling of a perfect getaway.
As a Boutique Vacation Property Attendant, you will play a key role in preparing our properties for each arrival — ensuring every home feels welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. Experience is a bonus but no required.
What you’ll be responsible for:
✨ Preparing vacation homes between guest stays
✨ Creating a clean, organized, and welcoming arrival experience
✨ Ensuring every detail is thoughtfully presented and guest-ready
✨ Restocking amenities and maintaining property standards
✨ Cleaning, maintaining, and balancing hot tubs to ensure they are safe, inviting, and ready for every guest arrival (training provided)
✨ Seasonal property care including snow removal (paths, entryways and steps only) winter readiness, and maintaining safe access to the property
✨ Grounds maintenance including outdoor presentation, landscaping upkeep, and ensuring exterior spaces are guest-ready
✨ Identifying maintenance needs and communicating opportunities to improve the guest experience
✨ Helping protect the quality, appearance, and reputation of each vacation home

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a flexible, independent work environment and wants to be part of creating exceptional vacation experiences for guests.

Availability:
Must be available to work weekends. Most tasks are completed between 10AM - 4PM. No evening work required.
Location:
Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation. Ideally located in close proximity to Kimberley with ability to travel to Meaford.
