Employment: Full-time & Part-time

Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $18.20/hour + shared tips + staff discount
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista experience is required
- Passion for specialty coffee and outstanding customer service
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality
- Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
- Reliable, energetic, and a team player
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
- Serve pastries and light meals while maintaining an attractive presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe café environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an excellent guest experience
