Part-Time Medical Aesthetician or Nurse
Zuleta Medical Aesthetics is seeking a motivated, professional, and growth-oriented Medical Aesthetician or Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team on a part time basis.
We are a newly opened medical aesthetics clinic with a significant opportunity for the right person to grow their role, build a loyal patient base, and contribute meaningfully to the long-term success of the clinic.
The position is best suited for someone who is proactive, dependable, highly engaged, and motivated to achieve both personal and the clinic's goals. The successful candidate will understand that an exceptional patient experience includes excellent treatments, attention to detail, thoughtful education, appropriate skincare recommendations, rebooking, follow-ups, and relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, and patient-centred aesthetic treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients about treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and realistic outcomes
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products
- Support patient retention through follow-up, rebooking, and relationship building
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms according to clinic standards
- Assist with clinic operations, promotions, events, and patient-experience initiatives
- Participate in training, continuing education, and performance development
- Contribute positively to clinic culture, growth, and overall patient experience
Qualifications
Applicants may be:
- A trained Medical Aesthetician; or
- A Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse who is interested in developing a career in medical aesthetics
Additional qualifications include:
- Medical aesthetics education, certification, or previous industry experience is an asset
- Experience with microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facials, or advanced skin treatments is an asset
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or customer service is strongly valued
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with consultative selling, treatment recommendations, and medical-grade skincare
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Current liability insurance and applicable professional certifications
- Nurses must hold active registration and remain in good standing with their regulatory college
Future Injectable Opportunity
For qualified nurses, there may be an opportunity to transition into an injectable role in the future.
Progression into injectables is not automatic and will depend on performance, clinical judgment, professionalism, patient-care skills, clinic needs, and successful completion of approved injectable education and hands-on training.
Any initial injectable certification or external training required for this transition would be completed at the employee’s expense. Ongoing mentorship and future development opportunities may be available to the right candidate once the required foundational education has been completed.
