We are a full service dental laboratory located in downtown Toronto, near College and Bay, looking for a reliable and skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join our plaster department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental laboratory and be comfortable with the hands-on technical work involved in model and appliance fabrication.
Responsibilities
● Pouring, trimming, and finishing dental stone models for dentures and removable appliances
● Pouring and preparing models for crown and bridge cases
● Investing acrylic dentures and partial dentures
● Investing and processing thermoplastic night guards and appliances
● Preparing cases accurately and efficiently for the next stages of production
● Following laboratory prescriptions and work instructions
● Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area
● Performing quality checks to ensure models and investments meet laboratory standards
● Working collaboratively with other departments to keep cases moving efficiently through the laboratory
Qualifications & Skills
● Previous experience working in a dental laboratory is preferred
● Experience pouring and trimming dental models
● Experience with dental stone and investing procedures
● Experience investing acrylic dentures and thermoplastic appliances/night guards
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
● Good hand skills and ability to perform repetitive hands-on work
● Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
● Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Experience with dentures, crown and bridge models, acrylic processing, or thermoplastic appliances is an asset.
