Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a General Labourer to join our Projects Team in the Red Deer area. This hands-on role supports yard clean-up, asset recovery, equipment preparation, and disposal projects across Precision locations.
Precision Well Servicing is the largest service rig provider in Canada, with a large fleet of equipment, experienced service rig professionals, and strong relationships with top-tier customers.
This is a project-based position with varying schedules depending on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Team Lead, responsibilities may include:
- Strip usable assets from equipment being prepared for disposal

Assist with yard clean-up and equipment organization

Prepare new or returning equipment for active field placement

Travel to other stations as required for project work
8-hour shifts on varying schedules — typically 10 days on / 4 days off.
Some projects may require travel for up to two weeks at a time. Transportation, accommodations, and daily subsistence will be provided for out-of-town work.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and commitment to Precision's safety culture

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

Reliable transportation to the Red Deer or Sylvan Lake shops

18 years or older

Mechanically inclined and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Able to follow direction and work well as part of a team

Ability to safely lift, push, pull, carry, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks in accordance with company policies and applicable safety legislation

Forklift/loader, first aid, and rig worker fall arrest training are considered assets.
