Pork Production Technicians
Permanent, Full time, shift and weekends 40-45 hours per week.
$21.00-$24.00/ hr based on experience plus benefits.
Qualifications include completion of College/University, preference in animal science.
2 years or more experience in breed, farrow to wean production.
Language English, must have excellent written and oral communication.
Must be able to perform general farm duties in a fast paced and physically demanding environment. Skills include attention to detail, maintaining performance records, working in team environment, problem solving, decision making and organizing job tasks.
Must be able to monitor feeding, water, ventilation and heating equipment systems.
Must ensure that farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
