Job Title: Program Administrator
Location: Onsite, Moncton Campus, 1070 St. George Blvd., Moncton, NB E1E 4K7
Hours: Full time, permanent role. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Start Date: July 27, 2026
The Opportunity:
The major purpose of this position is to provide a point of contact for all students and manage program administration. The Program Administrator (PA) also supports the day-to-day operations of the Campus by assisting the Campus Director (CD) to ensure that all administrative activities are current and up to date.
What you'll be doing:

Manage & maintain inventory including, distribution of courseware to students, adjustments, and ordering of courseware.

Prepare program reports and documentation.

Order uniforms as required.
-
Manage the student ID card and access card processes.
-
Enter manager ok in XCAS once student marks have been approved by the Campus Director, and notify the Campus Director.

Generate email accounts for new students, sign out sheets, and prepare their new student bundle.

Assist with campus events.
-
Provide support to the Campus Director on a day-to-day basis

Manage and be responsible for the documentation processes with the partner college.

Monitor daily attendance reports and record on XCAS to ensure hours are recorded correctly.

Set up new student orientation.
-
Assist in planning and organization of the graduation ceremony.

Coordinate with international students to ensure that airport pick-ups are arranged.
-
Ensure that initial accommodation options are made available to students.

Manage the process to ensure that international students receive their health insurance cards and are aware of the health insurance coverage.

Ensure students are made aware of the Mental Wellness Helpline.

Other duties as assigned, and which are in the best interests of the College.
What you bring to the position:
-
Minimum college diploma from a business-related program and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related occupation.

1-2 years of proven success in customer service and administration is required.

Computer literacy in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
