Work in collaboration with the production department, aircraft methods support group, and engineering department in our manufacturing centers to analyze tooling requests
- Update schedules for various tooling requests and inform all involved parties
- Advanced-level project planning and management
- Participate in and support the operations support group, assisting with technical issues
- Organize and present the status of plant tooling projects
- Analyze and assign new tooling-related requests to the appropriate departments
- Support requesters and team members throughout the progression of tooling requests
- Become a super-user of the IT tool used for tooling management
- Understand and master the tooling team’s processes
- Perform any other related tasks

College diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering (or equivalent)
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of experience in planning or project management
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry
- Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
