Liquids in Motion Ltd. , located in Millet, Alberta, is currently recruiting for an Apprentice Heavy duty truck and trailer mechanic to perform required mechanical repairs and maintenance of Class 8 trucks and Trailer’s. Shift work is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean work station.
- Must have a Mechanical back ground/experience.
- Complete required paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintaining a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
As a successful candidate for this position, you will require:
- A valid driver’s licence
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Sufficient tools to perform servicing and minor repairs.
- Ability to reliably read and write daily records including maintenance reports and work order documentation.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision and in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a drug and alcohol test and a health assessment
- Positive attitude
