Prerequisite-A love of helping others, strong written and verbal communications in English (other languages an asset) and attention to detail. Ability to learn and retain information on various products. Training in interior decorating/design or sales is an asset but not necessary. Business casual attire is standard.
Position Description
-Assist customers with their search and purchase of furniture, mattresses, accessories and cabinetry
-Customer Service
-Sales and Service Administration
-General duties including phone, social media, email communication, store merchandising, cleaning and showroom maintenance
-Assist all teams in maintaining store standards and procedures
- Days, some evenings and weekend availability is necessary.
Training is provided for the right motivated candidate.
Wages are dependent on experience. Raises are given on a performance basis.
