Experienced Carpenter Required
Year-round renovation work.
Work is focused on residential & multi-family renovations.
Work is primarily within Red Deer City limits
Must have a least 5 years construction experience.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Carpentry work, repair & replacement of decks, rot repairs.
Siding installation, all types of siding with the main being engineered wood followed by vinyl.
Aluminum railing systems and repairs.
Metal cladding & eavestrough repairs/service.
Decking, vinyl & composite materials.
Window & door installations.
Must have own transportation to and from worksite. Good driver's abstract required to drive company vehicles.
Wages $30.00 & up based on experience – knowledge – punctuality – first aid certificate – fall arrest certificate – aerial platform certificate – clearance to drive company vehicles
