Employment Type: Part-Time (guaranteed 24 hours per week)
Required Hours: Variable between 7AM-8PM (dependent on coverage shift)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $17 to $19

Our Office Administrators provide outstanding administrative support to patients and co-workers and keep the focus on patient-centered care.
Required Criteria
· Must have a reliable vehicle to commute between clinics
· Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday’s
· Direct rehab experience not required; however, experience in a fast paced busy retail or service industry position is an asset
· Must be able to commit to a one-year term
Primary Responsibilities Include
· Greet patients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner
· Assist patients with scheduling appointments and making payments at the front desk
· Answer phones
· Coordinator the flow of patients safely through the clinic
· Intake process for new patients
· Scan, fax and upload documents to the Electronic Medical Records system
· Private, third party, and AHS billing
· Maintain privacy and confidentiality for all patients, staff and physicians
· Adhere to all Momentum Health Policies and Procedures
The Successful Candidate will have the Following Experience/Education
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Comfortable with different software applications (MS Office, Google-Suite). We use the medical billing systems: Practice Perfect and Med Access and need candidates to be able to learn these systems quickly.
· High School Diploma
· Medical Office Administration certification or experience is an asset but not necessary if candidate has experience in a fast paced retail or service position
