As a Beauty Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store: inspiring, educating, and connecting with customers while sharing your love for beauty in an inclusive, trend-forward environment.
What You’ll Do
- Personalize Beauty Consultations – Listen to customers’ beauty goals and match them with products that truly make them shine.
- Show Your Expertise – Demonstrate application techniques, tips, and routines that spark confidence and excitement.
- Stay Ahead of the Trends – Be the first to know (and share!) the hottest new launches, innovations, and KISEKI exclusives.
- Deliver Memorable Service – Make every customer feel welcome, cared for, and inspired.
- Bring Energy to Events – Participate in promotions, launches, and in-store experiences that keep beauty fun and engaging.
- Build Lasting Connections – Support customers from start to checkout, creating relationships that bring them back again and again.
- Keep Our Space Beautiful – Ensure the store always looks as stunning as the products we carry.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (beauty experience is a plus!)
- True passion for beauty, skincare, and customer care
- Friendly, approachable, and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and peak times)
- Reliable attendance and teamwork spirit
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bonus: Fluency in an additional language (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.)
