Middle Beach Lodge is looking for a server to complete our Food & Beverage team!
Middle Beach Lodge is a boutique oceanfront lodge located in Tofino on the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island. We offer warm hospitality, locally inspired cuisine, and unforgettable guest experiences in one of Canada's most stunning natural settings.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reliable, and has a strong attention to detail! The server will work with others in a team, to ensure that our guests enjoy a locally sourced lunch and dinner overlooking the ocean.
The server will report to the Bar Lead and Front Office & Restaurant Manager. Preference will be given to individuals willing to sign a 6 month contract.

What You’ll Do:
- Preparing and setting dining tables for lunch and dinner service, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized guest experience.
- Assisting with dining room preparation and maintained cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly while providing attentive guest service and clearing tables efficiently.
- Supporting kitchen operations through dishwashing and maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace.
- Performing end-of-day cleaning duties for the kitchen and dining areas to uphold lodge hospitality and hygiene standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Approximately 30–40 hours per week
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Typical shift hours (e.g., 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
About You:
- Experience working in a kitchen or as a server is an asset but not strictly required
- Customer service orientated and genuinely friendly
- Positive can-do attitude!
- Food Safe or ability to take prior to starting employment
