- Has a minimum of six years of combined education and work experience
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities

- Enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to helping students achieve their goals
