The successful candidates for Prep Kitchen staff will prepare the meat / vegis/ seafood.
1) will be responsible for trimming & cutting meat as well as stocking refrigerated cases, receiving new shipments, and rotating stocks.
2) will be responsible for prepping and portioning for vegis & seafood.
3) will be responsible for sanitizing prep room.
Required skills:
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment
- Self- motivated for working independently
- Detail oriented
- Basic knife skills
- Understanding of food safety practice
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds at a time on a regular basis
