Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain excellent customer service and employee satisfaction at all times
- Forecast and set goals and objectives for the Parts department, striving to meet or exceed them
- Oversee and manage all Parts department staff, providing leadership and guidance
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for parts and accessories
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective tracking and regular audits
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, in line with dealership guidelines
- Ensure that all purchases are properly accounted for before payment is processed
- Assist with manufacturer programs and possess a strong knowledge of various warranty programs
- Provide professional coaching to the Parts team in a positive and constructive manner
- Ensure that monthly reports and numbers are accurate and submitted by deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous Parts management experience
- Knowledge of CDK is an asset
- Mechanical knowledge is considered an asset
- Passion for Customer Service
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound business judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
