Breakout Escapes is Saskatoon's favourite escape room destination, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Game Masters.
This isn't your average customer service job. One minute you'll be welcoming guests, the next you'll be performing as a mysterious character, giving dramatic game introductions, keeping an eye on teams as they race against the clock, and celebrating their victories (or laughing with them over their spectacular failures).
Every day is different, and every group brings a new adventure.
What we're looking for:
✔ Available EVERY Saturday (required)
✔ Excellent memorization skills
✔ Comfortable performing in front of groups (acting experience is a bonus!)
✔ Clear, confident communication skills
✔ Able to stay calm and organized under pressure
✔ Detail-oriented and able to multitask
✔ Energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with people
✔ Flexible availability
✔ Must be 19+ and have (or be willing to obtain) Serve It Right Saskatchewan
Bonus points if you have:
- A love of board games, puzzles, or escape rooms
- Basic technical or repair skills
- Theatre or performance experience
- A great sense of humour
What you'll actually do:
- Welcome and check in guests
- Perform engaging game introductions
- Run escape room adventures from our control room
- Give clues and hints while teams play
- Reset games between groups
- Help create an incredible guest experience from start to finish
- Help maintain the facility
