Windsor Court is a modern 89-unit residence offering accommodations and services based on individual needs. This allows us to offer true aging-in-place to our residents. They and their loved ones take comfort in knowing that their needs can be met today and in the future.
As you visit Windsor Court, you may notice a distinct difference: There is a home-like feel to this place. Our facilities are very nice, but we are more about people than we are about bricks and mortar.
We offer independent & assisted living, memory care and temporary (restorative care) stays.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated self-starter who takes initiative, follows through on commitments, and takes ownership of your results. You are organized, proactive, and love building relationships, generating leads, creating local community connections, and helping seniors and families make important life decisions with confidence.
You are comfortable conducting tours, using technology, and digital communication to manage your pipeline and support positive customer experiences.
You bring a warm, professional, resilient approach to your work, and you enjoy contributing to a positive team culture while supporting the success of the residence as a whole.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience in the senior’s market, public or private health sector, or the hospitality industry.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to guide seniors and families through an important decision-making process.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working toward occupancy, revenue, and conversion goals.
- Confident conducting personalized tours, managing inquiries, and following up consistently throughout the sales journey.
- Must be very comfortable with making home/hospital visits with clients, giving presentations to physicians, social workers and seniors groups.
- Superior communication skills in person, by phone, and through email.
- Comfortable and effective at building local community relationships, referral partnerships, and outreach opportunities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a prospect pipeline, follow-up activities, CRM notes, and competing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools. Ability to maintain and expand Windsor Court’s social media presence, fostering engagement with clients, loved ones, and community partners.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Local community knowledge of Fredericton area is considered a definite asset.
- Occasional evening and weekend availability will be required to support tours, events, and community outreach.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
