The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Operations and Customer Coordination efforts with a specific focus on our Chinese market clients.
This is a casual, part-time position ideal for a current university or college student who is looking for real-world experience in business operations, investment, and international market coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Mandarin Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between our operations team and Chinese-speaking clients/partners.
- Operational Support: Assist in building and refining internal workflows for our portfolio companies.
- Communication: Translate and localize operational materials or communications for the Chinese market.
- Administrative Flow: Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
- Builder’s Mindset: Identify small ways to improve our processes and help our partners scale effectively.
Who You Are
- Current Student: Currently enrolled in a University or College program (Business, Economics, Communications, Real Estate Development or related fields preferred).
- Language Expert: Fluency in Mandarin (Written & Verbal) is a must. You must be comfortable conducting business and coordinating with clients in Mandarin.
- Organized: You can balance your studies with work responsibilities and have a sharp eye for detail.
- Proactive: You have a "builder" mentality—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you look for ways to help.
- Professional: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Douglax Capital professionally.
