Customer Service Representative

Devon Transport is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, sales, administration, and vehicle coordination in a fun and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Quote rates and explain products and services effectively
- Open and close rental agreements accurately
- Promote products and services using a customer-focused sales approach
- Communicate with branch staff, support departments, and other locations
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Complete administrative and daily operational tasks
- Coordinate same-day and upcoming fleet needs
- Clean vehicles to company standards
- Identify and document vehicle damage
- Assist customers through the claims reporting process
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Vehicle knowledge considered an asset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
