Ultimate Bathroom Renovations is a well-established, fast-growing bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners throughout HRM. We specialize in complete, high-quality bathroom renovations and are known for our craftsmanship, organization, and exceptional customer experience.
We are looking to add one experienced Bathroom Renovator / Installer to our already highly skilled team.
This position is for a professional who takes pride in their work, respects customers’ homes, and wants long-term, steady employment with a company that values quality, structure, and teamwork.

Your Day-to-Day
- Completing full bathroom renovations to a high standard
- Maintaining clean, efficient, and respectful job sites
- Working professionally in customers’ homes
- Protecting customer property at all times
- Communicating clearly with homeowners
- Explaining basic functionality, care, and upkeep of finished bathrooms
- Completing paperwork accurately and on time
- Keeping your installation vehicle stocked, clean, and organized
- Participating in team meetings and service calls as required

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential renovation experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Physically capable and safety conscious
- Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Bondable
