Compensation: Hourly base + commission
Ritual Recovery is an Ottawa-based manufacturing company building commercial cold plunge systems for gyms, wellness studios, spas, hotels, sports teams, clinics, and recovery facilities across Canada.
We’re entering a major growth phase and are looking for a hungry Commercial Sales Representative to help us scale our national B2B sales pipeline.
This is a ground floor opportunity at a fast moving startup where your effort, and ability to close will directly impact the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Field warm inbound leads
- Prospect new commercial leads
- Explain commercial buying process
- Manage leads and follow-up in CRM
- Book calls, move deals, and close sales
- Help improve outreach process and deal flow
Who We’re Looking For
- Hungry, and highly motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Real sales experience required
- B2B sales experience preferred
- High-ticket sales experience preferred
- Fitness, wellness, or sports background
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset
