G&M Chevrolet Cadillac is looking for an Automotive Body Shop Advisor to join our dynamic team!
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers both in person and over the phone, while ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth handling of administrative tasks related to the body shop department.
As a representative of the G&M Chevrolet Cadillac brand, you will help deliver an exceptional and professional customer experience with every visit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service in order to build lasting relationships with our customers
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Open customer files in our computer systems and prepare the required documentation
- Perform data entry, scan documents, and keep customer files up to date
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, repairs, and vehicle deliveries
- Communicate with insurance companies, rental agencies, and suppliers
- Stay informed on changes and procedures related to insurance providers and our dealership banner
- Handle invoicing, balance repair orders, and process payments
- Work closely with the body shop manager to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Comfortable using computer systems and software
- Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry (an asset)
