The job involves:

Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing high-end customers

Utilize Gaming Analytics to resource existing high-end players
-
Commitment to making Outbound calls to develop host player book
-
Promoting various property amenities including promotions, offers, hotel, dining, off site events and unique Niagara Casino experiences
-
Ensuring success and active involvement in VIP special events such as slot and table tournaments, dinner parties, events, and concerts
-
Issuing complimentaries using established comp guidelines
-
Maintaining calmness and professionalism in a fast paced and demanding environment
-
Evaluating customer needs and addressing concerns or complaints and effectively resolving them
-
Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
-
Strong knowledge and understanding of casino comping policies, casino layout and available services
-
Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
-
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
The ideal candidate has:
-
Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a casino gaming environment
-
Table Games rules and protocol, general knowledge of our Slot offerings
-
Additional language skills are an asset

Valid Ontario Driver’s License Class “G” without any limitations or restrictions

Smart Serve Certification
-
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to effectively prioritize competing tasks while maintaining remarkable guest service
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly telephone manner and a strict attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality while dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
-
Knowledge of Casino operations, promotions, programs, and the Niagara region
-
Proficient keyboard and computer skills to utilize all relevant systems including Microsoft Office, Gaming Analytics, CMP and LMS
