Job Summary:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented support in both English and French. In this role, you will assist customers by phone and email, resolve inquiries efficiently, and help create a positive customer experience through clear communication, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email in both English and French, resolving issues efficiently or escalating them when appropriate.
· Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using the company’s tracking system.
· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes to provide knowledgeable customer support.
Job Requirements:
· College diploma or university degree is preferred
· Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
· Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
· Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Professional, positive, and customer-focused interpersonal skills
· Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service
· Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills
