You know how to run a crew, not just follow one. You see the jobsite as more than dirt and gravel – it is a project to shape and finish with pride. In this role, you lead and train a small, capable team that shares your drive to turn rough ground into polished landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Run day‑to‑day site operations for residential and commercial landscape projects.
- Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, truck/trailer) safely and confidently.
- Manage small crews, plan material needs, and keep jobs on schedule.
- Read site drawings, complete grading to spec, and ensure quality from start to finish.
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in landscaping or construction leadership.
- Hands‑on leadership style, working alongside your crew with tools and machines.
- Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s licence (clean abstract preferred).
- Reliable, organized, and able to adapt when plans change.

Schedule
- 8–12 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekends as needed
