Norelco Cabinets is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative Coordinator to support our team, with a primary focus on service orders and dealer sales coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple requests at once, and takes ownership of ensuring service work and dealer orders are handled accurately and efficiently. The position plays a key role in supporting both internal operations and strong client and dealer relationships.
Position Summary
What You’ll Do
Service Order Management
· Manage service orders from intake through completion
· Review requests, gather required details, and confirm scope of work
· Prepare quote detailing, pricing, and specifications as required
· Track timelines, approvals, and ensure timely resolution of service work
· Coordinate service-related activities with internal teams
Dealer Sales Coordination
· Act as a key point of contact for dealer inquiries and orders
· Process dealer service and orders accurately and efficiently
· Follow up on outstanding information, pricing, and approvals
· Obtain and prepare freight quotes as required.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on schedule
· Support dealer relationships through clear and professional communication
Project & Team Coordination
· Maintain organized files, documentation, and job notes
· Track outstanding items across active service and dealer jobs
· Assist with ordering materials and confirming details
· Support scheduling and communication across sales and production teams
Administrative & System Support
· Enter and maintain data in company systems (2020, CRM, etc.)
· Assist with basic 2020 drawings or revisions as required
· Support sample, file, and document organization
· Contribute to process improvements and team efficiencies
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and fast-turn requests
· Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
· Comfortable working with systems and learning new software
Nice to Have
· Experience in cabinetry, construction, or interior design
· Familiarity with design or estimating software (2020, AutoCAD, or similar)
· Understanding of residential construction or renovation processes
