Experience:
We provide comprehensive training. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in administration, graphic/web design, or other detail-oriented computer-based work. Knowledge of real estate and property management is an asset.
Salary:
Competitive starting base pay with a 1-year contract, extendable based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for real estate listings and transactions
- MLS listing administration and listing-related coordination
- Scheduling and follow-up coordination for listings and ongoing tasks
- Communication coordination with clients and third parties
- Electronic document management and file organization
- Marketing support including social media and listing promotion
- General workflow and administrative coordination for ongoing transactions and operations

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and electronic document management platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive situations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, follow-through, and workflow coordination.
- Ability to identify missing information, anticipate next steps, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
- Knowledge of real estate and property management processes is an asset; however, strong organizational and operational skills are considered more important.
