Change Management Lead – Digital Transformation Program - Job Description:
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving cultural change as part of the Digital Transformation Program. This role involves managing change across multiple projects to ensure successful adoption and realization of program-level benefits.
Change Management Lead – Digital Transformation Program - Responsibilities:
- Analyze project stakeholders and develop engagement strategies.
- Partner with Project Managers to help stakeholders adopt new systems and processes.
- Develop training strategies and support the creation of training materials.
- Design project communication plans and develop communication content.
- Advise Project Managers on integrating change activities into project plans.
- Lead the development of a program-level change playbook.
- Conduct analysis of internal and external interested parties for engagement strategies.
- Lead the development of a Benefits Realization framework.
- Support the PMO in embedding change management activities into project lifecycle.
Change Management Lead – Digital Transformation Program - Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and content development skills.
- Ability to develop training strategies and materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite for content design.
- Experience in developing Benefits Realization frameworks.
- Skills in project-level change impact assessment.
- Ability to create and manage program-level change milestones.
Change Management Lead – Digital Transformation Program – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in video scripting and editing.
- Knowledge of executive and sponsor enablement toolkits.
- Familiarity with leadership communications and town halls.
- Skills in designing training for project managers and teams.
- Experience in developing program change playbooks.
