About the Role
Kaizen Automotive Group is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team and create compelling visual content across our automotive brands and dealership network.
You will bring ideas to life across digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, email marketing, websites, dealership promotions, print materials, and in-store signage. Working closely with our marketing team, you will help create engaging, on-brand creative that supports customer engagement, strengthens our brands, and drives traffic and sales.

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing digital marketing assets including social media graphics, web banners, email creative, display ads, and other digital content
- Creating print and large-format materials including brochures, flyers, posters, billboards, point-of-sale materials, and dealership signage
- Developing creative assets that align with Kaizen brands, dealership identities, and automotive manufacturer brand standards
- Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated advertising campaigns, dealership promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Supporting content creation through photo editing, image retouching, and basic video or motion graphics
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality creative work within established timelines
- Ensuring all creative materials are accurate, visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for their intended digital or print channel
- Maintaining organized creative files, templates, and version control across multiple brands and campaigns
- Bringing fresh ideas while staying current with graphic design, digital marketing, social media, retail, and automotive industry trends
You Will Bring
- A strong portfolio demonstrating professional experience across digital design, marketing creative, branding, social media, advertising, and print
- Professional graphic design experience within an in-house marketing team, creative agency, retail environment, or similarly fast-paced setting
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro considered an asset
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, brand consistency, visual storytelling, and designing for both digital and print channels
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with automotive marketing, retail marketing, photography, video editing, motion graphics, HTML/CSS, digital asset management systems, or project management tools would be considered an asset.
