Simolo Customs Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused customer and office coordinator to join our team in Spallumcheen, BC.
As the first point of contact for customers, dealers, suppliers, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our office and operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being organized and detail-oriented. You will report to the office manager and support the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet customers, dealers, suppliers, and visitors
- Manage incoming emails and customer inquiries
- Process sales paperwork and vehicle documentation
- Assist with customer communication and follow-up
- Schedule deliveries, service appointments, and meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Coordinate shipping, freight, and courier arrangements across Canada
- Arrange logistics for vehicle deliveries and shipments
- Maintain office filing systems and general organization
- Support the sales, service, and management teams with administrative tasks
- Order and manage office supplies
- Gather customer information and perform basic troubleshooting before escalating technical issues to the service department
- Assist with various day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, or office administration is considered an asset
- Experience in the automotive, powersports, RV, marine, manufacturing, or related industries is an asset but not required

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
