Epsilon Mechanical is a growing HVAC company specializing in heating, cooling, and gas services. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Lead HVAC Technician to join our team and take on a leadership role in providing high-quality service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, service, repair, and installation of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial).
- Lead service calls and manage job site activities.
- Safely handle and install gas-fired appliances.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Ensure all work complies with TSSA and manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC experience (new graduates will not be considered at this time).
- Valid Gas Fitter 2 (G2) license.
- Clean driving record and valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Must own basic tools required for HVAC work.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $25–$40/hour, based on experience and skill level.
