Position: Office Assistant/Room Runner
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Assistant/Room Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Escorting patients to clinic rooms
- Preparing clinic rooms for the next patient
- Maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies
- Scanning patient information into patient charts
- Handling photocopying, faxing, and mailing letters
- General cleaning of clinic areas
- Assisting with patch testing and phototherapy patients
- Restocking shelves and assisting with inventory management
- Performing other office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
