Job Summary True Talent Solutions is hiring Field Sales Associates across the GTA and Ontario on behalf of a growing Food Service and Supplier company headquartered in Scarborough, ON. We are actively looking for new graduates and driven sales professionals who are ready to work hard and build a career in field sales. In this role you will visit local restaurants in your assigned territory and sell app-based services, food delivery solutions, and supplier products directly to restaurant owners and managers. No cold calling, no call centre this is face-to-face, relationship-based selling in your own neighbourhood. You get paid the higher of your hourly rate or your commission, so the harder you work, the more you earn. Full training provided no industry experience required.
Responsibilities
- Canvas and visit local restaurants and food service businesses within your assigned territory across the GTA and Ontario to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
- Present and promote app services, online food delivery platforms, and supplier product solutions to restaurant owners and decision-makers
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations, walking prospects through features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and confident manner
- Use a consultative sales approach listen to each client's needs and match them to the right solution
- Follow up with new and existing clients to nurture relationships and close outstanding opportunities
- Plan and manage your own daily route efficiently across your assigned territory
- Log client visits, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales activity records

Experience & Qualifications
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply this is an excellent opportunity to launch a sales career with full training and mentorship provided
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, restaurant sales, food service, or any customer-facing role is a strong asset
- Seasoned sales professionals looking for high-earning field work with uncapped commission potential are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry is a bonus but not required
- Comfortable approaching and engaging business owners and managers face-to-face in a professional and confident manner
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-starter with solid time management you will plan and execute your daily schedule independently
- Organized with the ability to juggle multiple prospects and follow-ups across a territory
- Bilingual or multilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, etc.) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply the GTA and Ontario restaurant community is diverse and your language skills are a competitive advantage
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle required
Compensation & Schedule
- $25.00/hr base pay biweekly pay (~$1,750 per pay period at base)
- Commission on top you receive whichever is higher between hourly and commission, meaning your base is always your floor
- 7-hour shifts: generally 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (downtown territories: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Monday – Friday; select territories run Tuesday – Saturday
- Multiple positions available across the GTA and Ontario territories open now
- Onboarding: ~3 hours of online training, then shadow a top performer, then work independently
- Personal vehicle required daily please note gas, mileage, and parking are not reimbursed
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
