Originally focused on ADHD care, FasTreat is expanding into hormone health, including menopause care, HRT, testosterone health, and related wellness services.
Position Overview
We are hiring a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our Hormone Health Clinical Team.
This is a patient-facing virtual care role.
This role focuses on:
- Virtual hormone health assessments
- Lab interpretation
- HRT / hormone treatment plans
- Patient education and follow-up care
- Clinical documentation and safety monitoring
Responsibilities
- Assess patients for hormone-related concerns, including menopause, perimenopause, HRT, and testosterone-related symptoms
- Review symptoms, medical history, medications, risk factors, and labs
- Order and interpret labs where appropriate and within scope
- Develop treatment plans using FasTreat clinical protocols
- Prescribe and manage hormone therapy where clinically appropriate and within provincial scope
- Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment response
- Escalate complex cases to a physician or specialist when needed
- Document care clearly in the EMR
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing in Canada
- Authorized to assess, diagnose, order labs, and prescribe within provincial scope
- Professional liability coverage
- 2+ years of NP clinical experience preferred
- Experience in women’s health, menopause care, primary care, men’s health, sexual health, endocrinology, or hormone therapy
- Comfortable with virtual care, lab review, prescribing, and EMR documentation
- Strong patient communication and clinical judgment
