Naco Commercial Property Solutions is a year round / Full time employer, that has openings immediately.
We have openings in:
- Class 5 Driver for Property site maintenance, appearance & litter control.
- Cross-trained to work within other seasonal departments
Requires the following attributes:
- Minimum class 5 drivers license, must be deemed insurable by our Insurance company
- Attentive to details
- Ability to understand and comprehend verbal/written instructions at a basic English level
- Own transportation to work. We are not accessible by transit at our start times in the early morning.
- Operation of small equipment, such as blowpacks.
- Able to comfortably lift 30lbs
- Appropriate work wear & PPE for outside conditions. Work boots, gloves, etc. High Visibility vest can be provided. Remainder of PPE supplied by employee
Driver & Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of Pickup Truck.
- Experience pulling trailer preferred, but not required. Training provided where needed
- Keeping all sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and dumpster corrals free of litter & debris
- Report damages to supervisor
